✔ 1% fee (NO VAT) — sole or multi-agency
✔ Includes floorplans, pro photography, video walkthrough, listings on portals & socials, accompanied viewings, offer negotiation, and sales progression.

Rentals
✔ 5% to take over existing tenancies — valid for 12 months.
✔ After 12 months or tenant exit:
→ Switch to 10% fully managed 
→ Includes listing on Rightmove, marketing assets, and ‘To Let’ board.
→ £300 one-off admin fee (from first month’s rent)
→ Referencing charged at cost.
